  • Service has been provided in the Benelux and Germany, but also in France, Norway, Turkey, Poland, Serbia, Panama en Paraguay.
  • Currently Werkina is servicing around 1,200 ships.
  • These are tankers, dry cargo barges, workboats, pushers and passenger vessels.

Werkina understands the importance of a strong service unit.

  • You always speak directly with a technician through a service hotline.
  • All mechanics are well trained and in possession of several specialist certificates.
  • High level engineers offer online support for software issues.
  • 8 to 10 service technicians are permanent on the go.
  • They handle 60 to 80 calls per week.

In order to keep the workflow and service level high, a well-organized warehouse is essential.

  • Permanent around 4,000 parts in stock.
  • All common components in stock, including complete radar systems, turn indicators, etc.
